TERMS & CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
By registering for the Avatar Virtual Run, the Participant agrees to the following terms set forth by the Organizer (Blackrun):
1. UNOFFICIAL FANMADE EVENT
The Participant acknowledges that this is an unofficial, fan-organized event created by Blackrun for the enjoyment of the running community. This event is a fan tribute and is not affiliated, endorsed, or sponsored by 20th Century Studios, The Walt Disney Company, or any official Avatar franchise holders. All designs are artistic interpretations and fan art.
2. ORGANIZER’S RIGHT TO MODIFY EVENT THEME
Blackrun reserves the absolute right to make changes to the event title, theme, medal design, apparel design, or marketing materials at any time without prior notice.
Contingency Clause: In the event that the Organizer is required to alter the theme due to intellectual property disputes, legal requirements, or other unforeseen circumstances, Blackrun reserves the right to substitute the entitlement items (medal/t-shirt) with items of equivalent value and quality featuring a different design or theme.
Acceptance: The Participant agrees that such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund or chargeback.
3. STRICT NO REFUND POLICY
All registrations are final and non-refundable.
Once a registration is processed, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including personal injury, inability to complete the run, or changes made by the Organizer to the event theme/designs as stated in Clause 2.
Slots are non-transferable to other participants or future events.
4. PRODUCT REPRESENTATION
Images of entitlements (medals, shirts, merchandise) shown on the website and social media are digital mockups/artistic impressions. The actual finished product may vary slightly in terms of color, size, or material finishing.
5. DELIVERY
Blackrun is not responsible for lost or damaged parcels once they have been handed over to the courier service. The Participant is responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
